Srinagar Witnesses Coldest Night In 28 Years At Minus 7.6 Degrees Srinagar witnessed the coldest night of the season as the Jammu and Kashmir capital recorded a temperature of minus 7.6 degree Celsius, the Met Office said on Thursday.
